Dukat FoamLiner™ is liner made of PE foam.
Depending on the expected functionality, it may have different thickness, density and, in particular cases, it can be coated on one or both sides with an appropriate layer.
Range of possible parameters:
- Density: 200 to 400 kg/m3
- Thickness: 1 to 4 mm
- Coating layers: LDPE, HDPE, PET, Saranex
PE foam liners susceptible to compression can, to some degree, correct imperfections of the container neck.
